WHAT ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED?
Exchanges, where the wrong size has been purchased, are available for walk out compulsory gear and some optional items (e.g. SSV Hoodies). However, competition gear and other custom made items (i.e. softshell jackets & supporters apparel) are not eligible for exchange as they are made to order. In addition, due to hygienic reasons swimwear and socks are not exchangeable.
Where an exchange is possible you have 14 days to lodge an exchange request from the date you receive the parcel. We simply request that all items returned for exchange are: in its original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed, with all tags and packaging still attached.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORIGINAL ITEMS?
You may return your original items to us via post or drop them off at our office in South Melbourne at a pre-arranged time.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENT ITEMS?
Where an exchange is eligible, you have the option to pick up the replacement item in person from our office in South Melbourne during business hours without incurring any additional shipping charges; alternatively we are also happy to arrange courier delivery at a flat shipping rate of $11. As stock is held in our warehouse we will let you know once your replacement item is ready.
HOW DO I LODGE AN EXCHANGE?
ERROR WITH YOUR COMPETITION GEAR?
If there is something wrong with your competition gear and it is a fault made by S-Trend, you will receive your garment within 7 to 10 days free of charge. However, if a competition item is incorrect because of the customer (e.g. incorrect spelling of name or ordered the wrong size) or if a customer has ordered after the deadline date, S-Trend has the right to charge:
- Double the cost of required garment
- Plus $25 freight cost as it is an international delivery
Once payment has been received S-Trend will have your competition item in 7 to 10 days.
